Refund & Dispute Policy
At KCLabs, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of service delivery to discuss your concerns. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the project and the stage of completion.
In case of disputes, we encourage open communication to resolve any issues. If a resolution cannot be reached, we may engage a neutral third party for mediation.
Cancellation Policy
Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on the following schedule:
- Cancellation before project initiation: No fee
- Cancellation after project planning but before development: 25% of agreed project cost
- Cancellation during development: Prorated based on completed work plus 10% of remaining project value
For ongoing service agreements, a 30-day written notice is required for cancellation.
Terms & Conditions
By engaging our services, clients agree to the following terms:
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon project initiation, remaining 50% upon completion for projects under $10,000. Custom payment schedules for larger projects.
- Intellectual property: Unless otherwise specified in writing, clients receive full rights to custom code developed specifically for their project upon final payment.
- Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details.
- Project timeline: Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but may be subject to change based on project scope modifications or unforeseen technical challenges.
